- I was born in South Portland, Maine, where I attended school until my acceptance at UMaine for my freshmen year of college. I am now a second year student. My interests vary from hiking to soccer, to various kinds of art & and photography. I enjoy writing because it allows me to be creative. The relationship between a keyboard and I is an honest one, the end product consists of my thoughts uncensored or deluded. I think it is one of the purest ways of explaining who we are and distinguishing each other as individuals. What a person writes, is how they formulate and interpret the world around them, it’s how they decode events, information, and even each other. We all connect the pieces differently, I guess this diversity is what inspires me and drives me to want to write.
